Eligibility.

Applicants, who must have spent at least a year in care in Ireland are between 16 – 23 can apply.  The application form can be downloaded, if you have difficulty downloading the application form please contact either Brenda Kneafsey (087 6249344) or Noel Howard ( 087 1331280) and one will be sent to you.

While the conditions of time in care and age do apply we are open to considering each case on its merits and in exceptional cases have made grants to some who fall outside the two qualifying categories mentioned.
